The blissful magic of Gratitude in life

Had you been living each day which provides lots of questions?
Are you thinking of finding a way out of problems and procrastination?
Have you tried the Weird Gratitude list?
All the answers to problems are hidden in two little words THANK YOU.
How many times do you say these words? Maybe once or twice.
Most of us don’t give a thought of giving these two precious words to anyone.
Let’s read a bit about the two powerful words of Gratitude.
Gratitude is nothing but finding blessing in any or every situation in life.
In the previous post, I showed you a twisted way to thank for the hard events in life.
And this time let me tell you the power of gratitude.
THANK YOU are just two beautiful small words which we can use too often and yet we don’t spend time saying them.
We keep living each moment of this life just like that, while there is too much we could thank to.
Have you felt stuck about what you could thanks to?
Why have gratitude?
A simple answer to this is that it creates a positive vibration when we thank someone or some event.
And yes, it could create a powerful ripple of positive vibes.
The life asks you why and to which you could be thankful for.
This life works on a very powerful basis of Law of Attraction. And gratitude is the simplest option to start attracting good in our life.
When you say thanks to someone you give good vibrations through gratitude to that person.
And according to the Law of Attraction “like attracts like”.
And so when we feel grateful to someone we spend few moments sending good vibes and so we are spreading something great around us to attract great vibrations in our life.
There is no other hidden tough thing about gratitude.
What the heck should you say gratitude to?
Oh come on don’t be shy about this question, coz I was at that point sometime in life.
First of all, I actually felt that there is some very mysterious thing about the word Gratitude.
And secondly, I thought it would be difficult to start doing this gratitude stuff.
But, believe me, this awesome Gratitude dude wasn’t difficult to tackle.
Now, back to the question. You could be grateful for anything and everything.
Being thankful for everything is such a great option. Because this brings bountiful of happy vibes each day.
And then all your problems start dissolving easily.
Now how to start this Gratitude stuff?
You need to learn the basics about wolves. And you need to find some dead skins of the snake. You need to bring a bowl of mustard oil and…..
HA HA HA…
No buddy, you don’t need any of these… I was just kidding.
Seriously, I just added wolves coz I love them. And I want to see the dead skin of a snake. And we cooked food in mustard oil today… LOL
Sorry, just wanted to bring a little smile on your face.
So, to start with gratitude you need a paper and pen.
Yes, that’s it. Nothing else.
Oh, and your willingness to do it daily. That is very important.
On a paper write all the things, people and moments in life that you are grateful to. That brought smile/happiness in your life.
And you must read this blog post about how to add your bad moments too in this list of Gratitude.
Keep this list of gratitude near your pillow.
Each morning when you wake up you have to hold this paper and say thank you to all the things, people and events in this list.
You can although do it anytime of the day but doing it in morning is a great option to start your day with the happy vibes.
This gratitude list could be long or short according to your wishes. And this will let you know how and what you could add to this list of gratitude.
Oh, I am totally feeling happy and so how can I forget including about my experiences about gratitude.
I tried it a few times. Each morning I say thanks to the beautiful day I wake up to.
Thank you, God. I Thank mother Earth. I thanks to my son.
Thanks to my favorite drawing. I thank my weighing scale for making me happy and motivating me to lose more weight.
My list is pretty weird. And it could go pretty long according to what I notice each day that I could be thankful for.
When I do this I feel great and light throughout the day ahead.
I noticed that when I stopped this process, or I must say this routine for few days, I start feeling a little change in my daily life.
I start attracting more of negative things or events in my life and this is pretty bad for me as I am an empath/sensitive.
So, I stick to the plan to say gratitude each day to keep myself uplifted.
And so you too could make a list of gratitude. And start doing it.
You could also be thankful for anything your eyes go to and you want to.
You could do this Thank You process each day anything to anyone you meet.
Make it a habit to say thanks when you buy anything and that was given to you.
Find different times when you can say Thank You to anyone for anything.
Follow this little thing at the office when someone passes you those files.
Or say Thanks to the maid for coming early than usual time.
You could feel grateful for anything.
Try it today and see the energy change in just a few days.
